Group Classes
Cooking Classes with your Kids is a great way to learn about nutrition together! We specialize in helping families while also providing a diverse range of nutrition classes that would be beneficial in groups, corporate events and gatherings. If you are interested in hosting a nutrition class, please reach out via email. I’m happy to customize the content to suit the specific needs of your audience.
READ BEFORE SCHEDULING
The length of time is determined by your service. We always start with a 90 min appointment for all new clients. We have 60 min., 30 min., and 15 min. appointments for repeat clients.
You should receive a confirmation email confirming your appointment as well as a few forms I suggest you complete prior to your appointment. If those are not completed I will have you come in 10min early to complete.
